Terms & Conditions for IRIS Ai Receptionist

1. Service Overview
IRIS AI Receptionist (“IRIS”) is an automated virtual receptionist service that handles inbound and outbound communications, captures leads, and supports customer interactions. By purchasing any IRIS service tier, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Subscription Plans & Setup Fees
The following pricing structure applies to all IRIS service tiers:
- Basic Tier
- $500 one-time setup fee
- $500/month recurring subscription
- Pro Tier
- $750 one-time setup fee
- $700/month recurring subscription
- Premium Tier
- $1,000 one-time setup fee
- $850/month recurring subscription
All setup fees are due at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
3. Billing & Payment Terms
- Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
- By purchasing IRIS services, the Client authorizes automatic recurring billing for the selected plan.
- Services will not begin until the setup fee and first month’s subscription are paid in full.
4. Subscription Duration & Cancellation Policy
- All IRIS subscriptions remain active until canceled by the Client.
- A minimum commitment of 6 months is required from the date of purchase.
Early Cancellation
- If the Client cancels service before completing 6 months, a $1,000 early termination fee will apply.
- This fee must be paid in full before cancellation is finalized.
5. Late Payments & Failed Transactions
- Any late or failed payment will incur a $300 late fee per occurrence.
- Late fees may be applied for up to 3 consecutive months if the account remains unpaid.
- Continued non-payment may result in service interruption.
6. Delinquent Accounts & Service Termination
- If payment is not received for 3 consecutive months:
- IRIS services will be discontinued immediately
- The account will be marked as delinquent
- The total outstanding balance will be sent to collections for recovery
The Client is responsible for all costs associated with the collection of unpaid balances.
7. Service Availability
- IRIS is designed to operate 24/7; however, uptime is not guaranteed due to factors outside of [Your Company Name]’s control, including third-party service interruptions.
- [Your Company Name] is not liable for any missed calls, lost leads, or business interruptions resulting from system downtime.
8. Modifications to Terms
[Your Company Name] reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of IRIS services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
9. Agreement Acknowledgment
By purchasing any IRIS AI Receptionist service tier, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
