Terms & Conditons for Web Design Services

1. Service Agreement Overview
By purchasing any website design service from [Your Company Name], you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all website design, development, and maintenance services provided.
2. Website Packages & Required Subscription
Each website package requires enrollment in a corresponding monthly maintenance subscription:
- Starter Website Package → Requires Starter Maintenance Subscription
- Pro Website Package → Requires Pro Maintenance Subscription
- Premium Website Package → Requires Premium Maintenance Subscription
The one-time website package fee covers the design and development of the website only. Ongoing maintenance, hosting, updates, and support are provided exclusively through the required subscription plan.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 One-Time Website Fee
- A minimum 50% deposit is required before any work begins.
- The remaining balance (50%) must be paid upon completion of the website, prior to launch or transfer of ownership.
3.2 Subscription Activation
- Monthly maintenance subscriptions begin only after the website is completed and delivered.
- Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.
4. Subscription & Cancellation Policy
4.1 Ongoing Subscription
- All maintenance subscriptions remain active until canceled by the Client.
- Services provided under the subscription include (but are not limited to): hosting, updates, support, and system maintenance.
4.2 Minimum Commitment & Early Cancellation Fee
- A minimum commitment of 3 months is required for all maintenance subscriptions.
- If the Client chooses to cancel before completing 3 months, a $300 early termination fee will be charged and must be paid prior to cancellation being finalized.
5. Late Payments & Failed Transactions
- Any failed or late payment will incur a $100 late fee per month, applied each month the balance remains unpaid.
- Late fees are cumulative and will continue until the outstanding balance is resolved.
6. Delinquency & Service Suspension
- Outstanding balances may remain unpaid for a maximum of 3 months.
- If payment is not received within this period:
- The account will be marked as delinquent
- The website may be taken down immediately without notice
- The unpaid balance may be sent to collections
[Your Company Name] reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time due to non-payment.
7. Ownership & Access
- Full website access and ownership transfer (if applicable) will only be granted after full payment of the one-time website fee.
- Continued operation of the website is dependent on an active maintenance subscription.
8. Modifications to Terms
[Your Company Name] reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
9. Agreement Acknowledgment
By purchasing any service, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
